Terms and Conditions – 999y Pakistan Gaming Platform

Welcome to 999y. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 999y ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the website at https://999y.click, including all betting, gaming, payment, and promotional services offered thereon.

By registering an account with 999y, accessing the platform, or using any service we provide — whether through a browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use 999y.

999y is designed for and targeted at players in Pakistan. All monetary values referenced in these Terms, on the platform, and in all communications are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, symbol: Rs) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use 999y, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999y strictly prohibits access by minors and takes this obligation seriously. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing 999y as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Corporate, syndicate, or commercial betting accounts are not permitted.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access and use online gaming and betting services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 999y is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of 999y or any of its technology partners, game providers, or affiliate partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on 999y or any equivalent gaming platform that is still in force.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 999y account. One account per person means one account per name, per national identity number (CNIC), per address, per device, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses multiple times, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

When registering at 999y, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information at registration — particularly regarding your age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

999y reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This typically includes a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie for liveness verification. KYC is required before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 and may be requested at any time for account security purposes. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999y login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 999y will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@999y.click. 999y is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing account credentials or failing to secure their login details.

3.5 Account Currency

All 999y accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions — deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses — are processed and displayed in PKR. No currency conversion is offered or implied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999y currently accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. This list may be updated from time to time — current available methods are displayed on the deposit page within your 999y account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at 999y is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional identity verification steps.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 999y wallet instantly upon confirmation. IBFT transfers are credited within one business hour during standard banking hours. Card deposits are processed in real time subject to your issuing bank's authorisation process.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally authorised to use. Deposits made using stolen payment instruments, fraudulent accounts, or third-party funds without authorisation are prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from your 999y wallet are processed via the same payment methods available for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account that belongs to you and is registered in your own name.

5.2 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes of being submitted under standard conditions. NayaPay and SadaPay transfers are similarly fast. IBFT transfers clear within one business hour during banking hours. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your issuing bank's processing policies.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from 999y is Rs 500. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though individual requests above Rs 200,000 may require an additional processing review of up to 24 hours.

5.4 KYC for Withdrawals

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 can be processed. Players who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to submit documentation at the point of requesting a large withdrawal. Submitting accurate KYC documents promptly will avoid delays.

5.5 Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Real-money funds (unrelated to a bonus) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount. See Section 6 for full bonus wagering details.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers available at 999y are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit (minimum Rs 500) at 999y receive a 100% match bonus up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited to your wallet within minutes of the deposit being confirmed. The wagering requirement is 1x on sports bets and 10x on game titles. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only and expires 30 days after being credited.

6.2 Daily Cashback

10% of net daily losses up to Rs 10,000 is automatically credited to your wallet each day at 09:00 PKT. Daily cashback carries no wagering requirement and is withdrawable immediately. Net losses are calculated across all game and sports betting activity in the preceding calendar day (midnight to midnight PKT).

6.3 Monday Reload Bonus

A 50% reload bonus of up to Rs 20,000 is available on the first qualifying deposit (minimum Rs 1,000) made on any Monday. The reload bonus carries a 3x wagering requirement and expires 7 days after being credited.

6.4 VIP Loyalty Credits

Monthly VIP loyalty credits distributed on the 1st of each month carry 0x wagering requirement and are immediately withdrawable.

6.5 General Bonus Rules

• Only one deposit-based bonus may have its wagering requirement active at a time.
• Minimum odds for sports bets to qualify towards wagering: 1.50 decimal.
• 999y reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting to complete wagering, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• 999y reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

999y reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or player at its sole discretion. A bet is not accepted until you receive a bet confirmation with a reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where a cash-out facility is available and active for that specific market.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake on any single bet at 999y is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and player account status. 999y reserves the right to apply reduced maximum stake limits to accounts that display patterns consistent with professional or syndicate betting.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of play (e.g., a delivery being bowled in cricket). Any bet placed during a market suspension will be void. 999y is not responsible for delays in data feeds that may cause displayed odds to lag behind real-world events.

7.4 Palpable Errors

If odds or bet terms are published at obviously incorrect levels (palpable errors, sometimes called "palpies"), 999y reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. This applies even after initial bet confirmation. We will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct such errors promptly.

7.5 Abandoned and Void Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or officially voided before the minimum required overs or play time for a market to be determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for cricket are detailed in the Cricket Betting section of the 999y Help Centre.

7.6 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated without the void selection. Rules on minimum legs and odds applicable to accumulator bonuses are stated in the relevant promotion.

999y's game library — including crash games (e.g., Aviator), ludo games, fishing games, and roulette — are operated by certified third-party game providers. All game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG). The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is available in the game information section within the 999y platform.

999y is not responsible for technical faults or errors originating within a third-party game engine. In the event of a verifiable technical fault that causes an incorrect game outcome, the relevant round will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings from a technically faulty round may be cancelled at 999y's discretion if the fault materially affected the outcome.

Game session history, bet logs, and round outcomes are stored in your account history and are available to review at any time. If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, contact support within 72 hours of the round in question with the round ID for investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 999y. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances, including real-money deposits, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds.

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments. Chargebacks made in bad faith.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 999y account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through techniques including matched betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to complete wagering, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on all outcomes across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of result.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to play games or place bets on 999y.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer game formats.
• Money Laundering: Using 999y to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the source of illegally obtained money. 999y complies with applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to authorities.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or impersonating any 999y employee.

999y takes its responsibility to players seriously. Gaming and sports betting should be an enjoyable activity, not a financial necessity or a source of stress. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your 999y account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 999y wallet. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. A notification is displayed when your time limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the limit period resets.
• Reality Checks: Receive notifications at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from 999y. Self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of the request being confirmed. During a self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends, regardless of request.

11.1 Suspension by 999y

999y reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including for: investigation of suspected prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC, suspicious payment activity, breach of these Terms, or at the request of a responsible gaming body. During a suspension, withdrawals of verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will not be unreasonably withheld.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 999y account at any time by contacting support at support@999y.click. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any positive real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is finalised, subject to KYC requirements. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. After 12 months of inactivity, an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted from the account balance to cover maintenance costs. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Archived accounts can be reactivated by contacting support — any remaining balance prior to full depletion will be reinstated.

999y collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering at 999y, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

999y does not sell player data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification partners as necessary to operate the platform, and with legal authorities when required by law.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting support@999y.click.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999y's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you have deposited with 999y in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999y is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from your failure to follow security recommendations; losses caused by third-party payment processor failures or delays; disruption to platform availability due to force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental actions, or infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 999y's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

999y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the 999y platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of 999y after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
